Telephone and service terms
A short summary of how the services are provided. We will send the detailed price list and the contract when we contact you.
General terms
- Services are provided by UAB "ECOFON".
- Prices on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Fibre connection — 290 € (or in instalments, 29×10 €); urgent connection — 500 €.
- Fixed-line calls are rounded to 60 seconds.
- Premium-rate numbers are blocked by default.
- Rent of a router with WiFi — 2 €/month
- Static IP — 2 €/month
- By separate agreement, internet speed can reach 2000 Mb/s.
- TV set-top box — free. TV equipment must be connected to the router with a cable.
- If you need to, the internet can be paused for 1–6 months in a row, once a year — 12 €. Open-ended contracts only.
- Ending a fixed-term contract early is priced at the open-ended rates in force at that time.

International calls
In Lithuania, calls go through your mobile network. Abroad, calls use CallBack. Prices are listed in the 2024 price list. Self-service: savitarna.ekofon.lt.
